About The Development
This beautifully landscaped development of energy-efficient two, three and four bedroom homes introduces an exciting new neighborhood into a mature community.
The Objective
At Alfrey Close, our objective was to design and install 125 dual fuel connections to supply gas and electric to a new development site. In addition to this, we also installed 16 streetlights across the site as well as 40 bollards for the developer. As a multi-utility provider, we pride ourselves on being able to manage multiple tasks on a site as well as additional services.
The Outcome
The outcome at Alfrey Close was a successful install of all 125 dual fuel connections ready to connect the new properties to the local provider. In addition, we also installed street lighting and bollards for the developer which enabled them to reduce the number of contractors being dealt with.
