We’re looking for a dynamic Client Account Manager to join our team and help shape the future of multi-utility services.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted face of CIUS for a portfolio of existing clients – ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a deep understanding of our service offerings. You’ll be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, supporting project delivery, and unlocking new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Building, managing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the expansion of existing client accounts, delivering added value for CIUS.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s position, including land banks.
  • Maintaining excellent client relations and coordinating project initiation.
  • Attend client meetings (in-person and remote), including sales and onboarding, technical and delivery.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations in line with project schedules, seeking to mitigate risks or delays early.
  • Assisting in the development of processes and communications to ensure great customer experience.
  • Collaborate across departments to align processes and enhance overall client experience.
  • Challenging the status quo to enhance efficiency, communications, customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of Account Management in a relatable industry.
  • Proven ability to positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders from Director to entry-level support roles.
  • Proactive, client focused, relationship driven and results oriented.
  • Commercially minded, creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with teams, keeping a focus on customer experience and business deliverables.

Additional:

  • Preferred previous experience in the construction industry, multi utilities or housing developments.
  • Use of CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce.
