Connect-It has announced two members of its board of directors have changed roles.
On Monday 21st July, Connect It Utility Services promoted Joey Clark to the role of Construction Director and Stuart Martin has left his role as Operations Director as he makes a step towards retirement.
As part of Joey’s new role, he will be using his years of experience at Connect It and in industry to assist in further improving the company’s operations and strategy to drive the business towards a prosperous and a more sustainable future.
Stuart’s role as Operations Director saw him significantly develop and strengthen the business by introducing greater stability and clear structures. His leadership was central to establishing the Framework department, standardising expanding workstreams, and enabling the business to meet growing demand. These accomplishments have contributed to significant growth in both turnover and staffing over the past three years.
His next career move marks his gradual transition into retirement as he takes up a freelance commercial role with Connect It.
Commenting on the new appointments, Managing Director Laban Giles said: “Joey’s appointment is a testament to his hard work, industry knowledge and the ability to produce effective high service delivery teams and very much looking forward to seeing his progress.
