At this year’s South Coast CPS – the south coast’s ‘biggest ever’ commercial property conference – Connect It has announced it will be one of the headline sponsors.
Connect It Utility Services will be supporting the Halo Lounge at the South Coast CPS conference – one of eight unique spaces for networking, roundtable discussions and expert talks – at St. Mary’s Stadium on Thursday 13th November 2025.
Bringing together businesses and leaders from across the entire property spectrum, the conference is the perfect space for Hedge End-based Connect It, as it seeks to grow its presence across the region.
With more than 1,500 attendees expected, this year’s South Cost CPS conference will be honing in on hot topics such as devolution and how this will impact local planning, sustainable housing, built-to-rent (BTR) opportunities, commercial market trends and opportunities at the south’s freeports.
