We’re looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of multi‑utility projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider operational and design teams, you will play a key role in ensuring timely approvals, efficient workflows, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Team in coordinating a portfolio of Electric, Water, Gas, and EVC projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Provide accurate and timely progress updates to the Project Team.
  • Assist in generating, maintaining, and monitoring the programme of works.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Team to ensure accurate and timely designs that meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external handovers to support seamless project delivery.
  • Engage with utility companies, statutory bodies, and stakeholders to obtain permissions, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, reinforcing the CIUS brand.
  • Liaise with clients to gather information, maintain clear communication, and drive project progression.
  • Respond to client queries effectively and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify potential project risks or issues and support their resolution, escalating appropriately when required.
  • Work with Planners and Support Teams to ensure resources are utilised efficiently and aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including experience with databases and CRM systems.
  • Experience working within multi‑utility, or construction sectors.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy across project documentation and processes.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and engineering drawings.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong planning capability.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the flexibility to support business demands.
  • Flexibility around working hours when required.

 

Educational Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • EUSR and First Aid qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills, including use of handheld devices for operational tasks.
