Job location: Andover

The role will be responsible for:

  • Assist in assessing utility activities nearing delivery readiness, facilitating efficient works programming.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges, offering solutions or seeking appropriate assistance when needed.
  • Manage minor booking requests and programs to support project timelines.
  • Provide daily progress updates to project managers and clients through various communication channels including site diaries, telephone, Salesforce, Chatter, and email.
  • Monitor resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate teams according to Connect it Utility Services principles and frameworks.
  • Uphold company standards for site safety, cleanliness, and quality, always ensuring compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining the Connect it brand reputation.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Hands-on experience in utility installations, with a strong understanding of safety and operational processes.
  • Proven ability to support teams and project managers effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client liaison and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in creating booking requests and managing programs of works.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices and risk minimization.
  • Proficiency in using handheld mobile equipment for recording works and data.

Additional:

• Operational knowledge in at least one utility sector.
• Previous experience in a contractor environment.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• EUSR skill card, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate project needs.
